As an Eating Psychology Coach, I work with women who are looking for a different way to be in relationship with their bodies and food, one that calls a truce on low self-esteem and body hate while taking the entire self: body, mind and soul into account.

Common complaints that my clients have are extra weight, digestion problems, binge eating, overeating, and fatigue. We work on these issues together in a positive and empowering way. I do not subscribe to any one diet but rather work with each person individually to find the best way to nourish themselves with food and in all areas of their life.
